PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a device for predicting a location of failure.SOLUTION: A pre-processing step 200 searches a message dictionary 100 for determining a category of each message, extracts failure information 44 (step 204), and generates patterns (step 206). A learning step 208 calculates a possibility of each failure by using the failure information and the patterns, and stores the patterns and the possibility of related failures in a pattern dictionary 105. Also the learning step 208 generates templates by using history messages in a message log 28 and stores the generated templates in a template database 216. A prediction step 218 uses the patterns and the pattern dictionary for collation, then predicts a prediction failure message by using the templates related to patterns (step 222), and generates a warning 224 for warning of a predicted failure at a predicted location. |
