PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a transmission which can be surely switched to a power transmission state from a neutral state.SOLUTION: A control device of a transmission comprises: a gear change mechanism 4 which has a constant engagement type gear mechanism 40B, and an engagement type clutch mechanism 5B having a synchronizing mechanism 10B with synchronizing members 13, 14, and in which a neutral state and a power transmission state of the gear mechanism 40B are selectively obtained by the release and engagement of the engagement type clutch mechanism 5B; an electric motor 1 for outputting power which is transmitted to the gear change mechanism 4; and control means 100 for performing forward rotation control which makes torque in a forward direction act on the electric motor 1 by commanding first prescribed torque to the motor during an initial prescribed period when transiting the engagement type clutch mechanism 5b from release to engagement in a vehicle stop state, and after the lapse of the prescribed period, makes the torque in the forward direction act on the electric motor 1 by commanding second prescribed torque which is lower than the first prescribed torque. |
