<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a flicker in a commercial power supply.SOLUTION: When vehicle requirement power Preq is greater than and including predetermined power Pref which is a variation of power that produces a flicker on a commercial power supply connected to a vehicle (step S120), a charger is so controlled that power is supplied from the commercial power supply to the vehicle at a power instruction value that changes stepwise toward the vehicle requirement power Preq with power smaller than the predetermined power Pref (steps S150, S160). This enables the suppression of flicker occurrence in the commercial power supply.</p> |
