<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit module and a display module that have reduced the effective resistance of a power supply line while suppressing costs.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit module 1 includes a glass substrate 3, and an integrated circuit chip 4 mounted on the surface of the glass substrate 3. The integrated circuit chip 4 includes a power supply line 13 extending in a specific direction, and bumps 15 joined to the power supply line 13. On a surface of the glass substrate opposite to the integrated circuit chip, a conductor 32 being a VDD line backing wiring is formed. The conductor 32 is joined to the bumps 15.</p> |
