<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor superior in low-temperature characteristic and superior from the viewpoint of safety.SOLUTION: A lithium ion capacitor comprises: a positive electrode active material; a carbon material as a negative electrode active material; and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution includes cyclic carbonate, chain carbonate andγ-butyrolactone. In the lithium ion capacitor, the content of theγ-butyrolactone is 15-50 vol.% to the total volume of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution.</p> |
