<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for accurate measurement of an electrical component to be tested, by suppressing the impact of temperature of a member for heating the electrical component.SOLUTION: A socket for electrical component including a socket body 1 having a housing section of an IC package 6 connected electrically with a wiring board, and a socket cover 2 attached openably to the socket body 1 by turning, and pressing the IC package 6 housed in the housing section is further provided, on the IC package 6 pressing surface side of the socket cover 2, with a thermal conduction block 14 for heating the IC package 6, and a heater for heating on the side of the thermal conduction block 14 opposite from the surface in contact with the IC package 6. At a part of the surface in contact with the IC package 6, a heating and measuring section 12 including a temperature sensor 16 for measuring the temperature of the IC package 6 is provided while being temperature insulated from the ambient.</p> |
