<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an all-solid battery which is arranged to prevent the performance deterioration of an all-solid battery by deterring the occurrence of crack or the like between layers of a laminate in a baking step owing to the difference between the layers in shrinkage factor.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an all-solid battery having a laminate 1 arranged so that a solid electrolytic layer 30 is sandwiched by a positive electrode layer 10 and a negative electrode layer 20 comprises a process which includes the steps of: laminating the positive electrode layer 10, the solid electrolytic layer 30 and the negative electrode layer 20 in this order; and baking the resultant laminate. The process further includes the steps of: setting the shrinkage factor of a part of the solid electrolytic layer 30 neighboring the positive electrode layer 10 to be substantially identical to the shrinkage factor of the positive electrode layer 10; and setting the shrinkage factor of a part of the solid electrolytic layer 30 neighboring the negative electrode layer 20 to be substantially identical to the shrinkage factor of the negative electrode layer 20. Thus, the all-solid battery is formed so that in the solid electrolytic layer 30, the shrinkage factor substantially continuously changes from the side of the positive electrode layer 10 to the side of the negative electrode layer 20.</p> |
