<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that exhibits good dot reproducibility without causing filming even when used repeatedly under a low-temperature and low-humidity environment, and an electrophotographic cartridge and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, where the photosensitive layer contains a charge transport material having a specific structure, and oxytitanium phthalocyanine that is obtained by contacting a phthalocyanine crystal precursor with an organic solvent after being subjected to chemical treatment, and has the main diffraction peaks at the Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) of 9.6°, 24.2±0.2°, and 27.2° with respect to a CuKαcharacteristic X-ray (wavelength: 1.541Å).</p> |
