<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide which improves an expression of an antioxidation stress enzyme group by Nrf2 transcriptional activity, and to provide medicaments for diseases which can be caused by the expression of the above antioxidation stress enzyme group.SOLUTION: The invention provides a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence in which one or some amino acids are deleted, substituted, or added and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the peptide concerned, in a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by a formula (1): (R)LQLDEETGEFLPIQ (1) [where, n represents a natural number of 6-12], or the amino acid sequence represented by the above formula (1).</p> |
