The first insulation 18 is located radially outside of the carcass 10. The first insulation 18 is made of cross-linked rubber. The second insulation 20 is located axially inside of the carcass 10. The second insulation 20 is made of cross-linked rubber. The first insulation 18 overlaps with the second insulation 20.</p> |
