PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of whitening that is newly found in an optical laminate that includes a base layer, a hard coat layer, and a permeation layer disposed therebetween, and further includes an optical functional layer on a side of the hard coat layer where the permeation layer is not disposed.SOLUTION: An optical laminate is provided, including a base layer formed of a thermoplastic resin film, a hard coat layer formed by applying a composition for forming a hard coat layer on the thermoplastic resin film, a permeation layer formed by permeation of the composition for forming a hard cat layer into the thermoplastic resin film, and an optical functional layer formed by applying a composition for forming an optical functional layer on the hard coat layer. The optical functional layer contains a component derived from the thermoplastic resin film eluted from the thermoplastic resin film; and the component derived from the thermoplastic resin film is present at a higher density in an inner part of the optical functional layer than in a surface of the layer. |
