PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus achieving higher picture quality with a thinner insertion part.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus comprises: an insertion part including a tip and a curving part provided continuously in a proximal side of the tip and curvable upward/downward; a solid-state image capture element disposed at the tip; a substrate disposed backward of the solid-state image capture element; a first cable which is disposed in an upper side within the insertion part, connected to the upper surface of the substrate, electrically connected to the solid-state image capture element via the substrate, and transfers at least one of the driving signal and output signal of the solid-state image capture element; and a second cable which is thinner than the first cable, disposed in a lower side within the insertion part, connected to the lower surface of the substrate, electrically connected to the solid-state image capture element via the substrate, and transfers at least the other of the driving signal and output signal of the solid-state image capture element. |
