PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration even when clamping is performed with the center of a clamper deviated.SOLUTION: A clamper 161 of the clamp mechanism has a member provided with a disk shaped engaging part at one end, a first recess 163a is formed at the center part of the engaging part, and a second recess 163d is formed at a bottom surface of the first recess. A clamper pin 183 has: a rod-like shaft member; and a tip part 183b provided at one end in a longitudinal direction of the shaft member. A clamp arm holds the clamper so that the tip part of the clamper pin faces the first recess of the clamper. The clamper is configured so that the outer circumference of the clamper pin does not come into contact with a wall surface of the first recess when the clamp arm presses the clamper pin against the clamper, and the tip of the clamper pin comes into contact with a ridge part where the second recess is dented from the bottom surface of the first recess. |
