PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photosensitive member which has improved oil resistance while maintaining excellent electrical characteristics as the whole photosensitive member.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photosensitive member includes a photosensitive layer that contains a charge generating material, a hole transport material, a binder resin, and a plasticizer. The hole transport material contains a triarylamine derivative having a specific structure. The plasticizer contains a biphenyl compound having a specific structure or a compound represented by general formula (2b). |
