PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state adjustment method of a fuel cell, capable of promptly raising the power generation output of a fuel cell in start-up of a fuel cell system, and also to provide a fuel cell system in which the state adjustment method can be performed.SOLUTION: A channel switching valve 51 is interposed in a middle part of an air exhaust path 46. One end of an electrolyte filling path 52 is connected to the channel switching valve 51. The other end of the electrolyte filling path 52 is connected to an electrolyte tank 22. The electrolyte tank 22 is disposed such that a connection portion with the electrolyte filling path 52 is positioned at the same height with an air outlet 19 of a fuel cell 2. An electrolyte valve 54 for opening/closing the electrolyte filling path 52 is interposed in a middle part of the electrolyte filling path 52. |
