PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flavor of the package of a flavored toilet roll from being volatilized to the outside.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a toilet roll packaging film in which both outermost layers are a polyethylene resin layer with a melting point of 150°C or less, and a middle layer is an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer with an oxygen permeability of 40 cc/mday atm or less and with a melting point of 180°C or less.
