<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a blade surface due to load applied onto the blade surface during linear friction welding of a blade-side member to a disk-side member.SOLUTION: A held portion 5b of a rotor blade 5 is held in a storage portion 53e of an opening-side segment 53a of a sub-block 53, a blade portion 5d of the rotor blade 5 is stored in storage portions 53f to 53h of the other segments 53b to 53d, and the sub-block 53 is inserted into a concave portion 52c of a main block 52 from the segment 53d-side. Segment pressing portions 56b of attachment pieces 56a are inserted between block fixing portions 52d located above and below the concave portion 52c, respectively. Fixed screws 55 penetrating screw holes 56c and 52e of the attachment pieces 56a and the block fixing portions 52d are screwed with left and right segment pieces 53i and 53j of the opening-side segment 53a to fix the sub-block 53 holding the rotor blade 5 to the main block 52. Finally, the main block 52 is screwed with a base block 51 by attachment screws 54.</p> |
