摘要 The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generating device with an automatic solar tracking function and a safety function against an earthquake and a typhoon. The photovoltaic power generating device includes pillars which are installed on the low side of the center and four edges of a solar panel with a plurality of solar cells which are assembled in a square frame. An actuator to rise and fall in response to an output signal of a control unit is installed on the upper side of the pillar and between the lower side of the center and the edge of the solar cell. A solar tracking sensor to detect a sunlight emission angle and to transmit the sunlight emission angle to the control unit is installed on the upper side of the solar panel. The control unit controls the angle of the solar panel to be orthogonal to the azimuth of sunlight by changing the rising and falling heights of the actuators by corresponding to the light emission angle according to the amplitude of the sun which is detected in real time through the solar tracking sensor. Thereby, the present invention maximizes sunlight collection efficiency.
