PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air bag system for a vehicle simplification of constitution of which can be achieved and by which movement and impact of a seating person at the time of collision can be suppressed and an appropriate protection can be obtained.SOLUTION: Inflation and expansion of an air bag 30 in a seatback 20 and displacement of a headrest 45 are linked with each other. The headrest 45 is displaced to a predetermined position so as to arrest a head Ph of a seating person Pf, whereby a load acting on a neck of the person Pf is decreased and occurrence of whiplash injury can be suppressed. Further, the air bag 30 is inflated and expanded in the seatback, whereby rear-moving of the seating person due to collision can be elastically received and the seating person can be protected from a rear impact. |
