PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion composition that is used as an ink for inkjet recording and forms a cured film excellent in blocking resistance and adhesion.SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion composition comprises: a pigment; a polymerizable compound; and a compound having a structural unit represented by formula (A), a structural unit represented by formula (B), a structural unit represented by formula (C) derived from a polyalkylene oxide having a number average molecular weight of 300-5,000 and a structural unit represented by formula (D) and having a mass ratio [(B)/(C)] of 20/80 to 60/40.
