PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal plate with high glossiness which can prevent oil pits from remaining on a surface of the metal plate after rolling without using a work roll with extended grinding marks along an axial direction, and can manufacture the metal plate with high glossiness while avoiding an increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a metal plate with high glossiness, a grinding mark is extended along a circumferential direction and a work roll having 0.2 μm or more of center average roughness in a roll axis direction is used in all rolling carried out in a cold rolling process, and temper-rolling is carried out with no lubricant in a temper rolling process after carrying out annealing under a reduction atmosphere. |
