PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the plate thickness of a side frame and the weight of a back frame of a seat frame of a vehicle seat by preventing a panel of the side frame from being deformed according to the shape of the side frame while securing a strength required for the back frame.SOLUTION: A side frame 10 includes a panel 15 along a forward and backward direction, and flange parts 11 and 12 directed toward the center in a seat width direction are respectively provided on both front and back end edge parts of the panel 15. When receiving a rear load against a back frame 2, the panel 15 of the side frame 10, by using a connection part with a recliner 50 as a base end part, prevents the front side flange part 11 from being deformed by falling toward the center in the seat width direction. Likewise, a bead 13 crossing a deformation line is formed by extrusion molding of the panel 15 against the deformation line formed on the panel 15 according to the deformation. The bead 13 is disposed so as to improve a bending strength in a direction crossing the deformation line on the panel 15. |
