PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a whiplash injury with a comparatively simple structure.SOLUTION: The vehicle seat comprises at a head rest 2 a stay and a supporting surface 28 that can relatively move upward and/or downward relative to the stay, where the head rest 2 is provided with a lock site that can maintain a lock state not allowing the supporting surface 28 to move upward and downward relative to the stay. The lock site is constituted to be switched to an unlock state by rotating at least part of the lock site by pressing force applied to the supporting surface from a head part. |
