PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data generation device and image data generation method capable of visualizing a missing occurrence state to easily perform identification of date and time of the missing and analysis of cause of the missing.SOLUTION: An image data generation device according to the present invention comprises: an information generation unit for generating first information including a measurement value and measurement time corresponding to the measurement value and second information in which a measurement time when the measurement value is missing and a substitution value generated so as to correspond to the measurement time are associated with each other, from information including the measurement value of a measurement instrument; and an image data generation unit 25 for designating a part of or an entire range of the measurement time to generate first image data to display an image including at least the second information. |
