PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent opening operability.SOLUTION: A rotary cup-shaped container 1 with a lid includes a cup main body 11 in which content is stored and of which an upper end opening part 11c is sealed by a first seal member 13, and a lid body 12 which covers the first seal member 13 from above. The lid body 12 is formed in a topped cylinder shape, and serves as a storage chamber 15 for storing an additive inside. A lower end opening part 12b is sealed by a second seal member 16. An insertion hole 18 for inserting a straw 30 is formed on a part apart from a container axis O on a top wall part 17 of the lid body 12. The lid body 12 and the cup main body 11 are relatively and rotatably arranged around the container axis O.
