PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system allowing proper recognition of information corresponding to an identifier of an identification tag stuck to a container by use of a microscope just before or just after work accompanied by observation of a substance inside the container using the microscope.SOLUTION: A management system includes: a container having a transmission observation part capable of performing transmission observation by a microscope, having a transparent part corresponding to at least the transmission observation part, and stuck with an identification tag printed with a prescribed identifier on the transparent part; and a computer device acquiring an image photographed by photographing means provided in the microscope. The computer device includes: recognition means recognizing information corresponding to the identifier on the basis of the image of the identifier printed on the identification tag stuck on the container, which is photographed by the photographing means just before or just after work accompanied by observation of a substance inside the container using the microscope; and management means managing the container on the basis of the information recognized by the recognition means.
