PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend merchandise appropriate to the situation to an operator regardless of the presence or absence of a consumption behavior history of a participant when the operator and participant have different ages and the operator performs a consumption behavior.SOLUTION: A specific operation by an operator is received; in response to the received specific operation, attribute information representing ages of a plurality of object persons including the operator and a person who accompanies the operator is acquired; group singing history information in which attributes of a plurality of registrants satisfy a first condition based on the acquired attribute information of the plurality of object persons is extracted from group singing history information which is stored in a group singing history database 3320 and in which attributes such as ages of a plurality of registrants including a singer and a person who accompanies the singer are associated with a group singing history of a singer of karaoke songs; a karaoke song to recommend to the operator is determined on the basis of the extracted group singing history information; and the determination result is outputted to a remote controller 20.
