PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has excellent surface nature in both front and back surfaces by powder slush molding and provides a light molding.SOLUTION: A resin composition is used in powder slush molding and comprises a thermoplastic resin powder and a hollow particle of a true specific gravity of 0.02-0.30 g/cc, where the content of the hollow particle is 1-20 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin powder. A molding obtained by powder slush molding of the resin composition is also provided. The true specific gravity of the molding is preferably 1.1 g/cc or smaller.
