<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device capable of easily registering information of a communication device which allows network connection, a registration method, a control program, and a communication system.SOLUTION: A server device comprises: a storage unit in which a MAC address of a communication device which allows network connection is stored; a communication unit which receives an authentication request signal including the MAC address of the communication device from a client device; and a control unit which, in an authentication mode, when the MAC address included in the authentication request signal matches any of the registered MAC addresses, transmits an enabling signal to the client device, and when not, transmits a reject signal to the client device, and in a MAC address collection mode, when the MAC address included in the authentication request signal does not match any of the registered MAC addresses, registers the MAC address included in the authentication request signal in the storage unit as a MAC address of the communication device which allows network connection.</p> |
