<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip with a Noshi in which a Noshi part is provided so as to be integrated with a delivery sheet stuck on a delivery object, and in which difficulties in printing together with the printing of delivery information are avoided to thereby provide a firm Noshi.SOLUTION: A delivery sheet and a Noshi part 20 are both demarcated by cut lines 27-29 in an upper base material 12, and are stuck on corresponding areas in a lower base material 13 to be superposed through a sticking layer (a Noshi-forming sticking layer 15). On the back surface of an area corresponding to the Noshi part 20 in the lower base material 13, sticking layers 31C and 31D are provided on a part forming a Noshi top part and on a line-shaped part along a circumference extended from the Noshi top part. A release layer 33A is provided on an area in a mount 14 to be superposed, corresponding to the sticking layers 31C and 31D provided on an area corresponding to the Noshi part 20 in the lower base material 13.</p> |
