PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens processing device and the like capable of performing a plurality of processing steps including a centering step and a D cut step in one device with good accuracy without causing complication of the device and complication and long working hour of work.SOLUTION: A lens processing device includes: a work shaft for holding a workpiece 1 and rotatable around a rotation axis R; a rotary motor for rotating the work shaft; a ring-shaped grinding tool 10; a grinding wheel spindle for holding the grinding tool 10 coaxially, and capable of rotating around a rotation axis Rorthogonal to the rotation axis R; and a rotary motor for rotating the grinding wheel spindle. By bringing an outer peripheral surface 1c of the workpiece 1 into contact with a plane surface grinding surface 12a, which is an end surface of the grinding tool 10, at least while rotating the grinding tool 10, the outer peripheral surface 1c is ground. |
