PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yaw drive system for a wind turbine generator system, in which a yaw speed reducer is more hardly broken.SOLUTION: In a yaw drive system for a wind turbine generator system, a nacelle 12 is driven to revolve by combining the individual output pinions 24a, 24b, 24c and 24d of a plurality of yaw speed reducers including at least a first yaw speed reducer G1 and a second yaw speed reducer G2 with a swirling gear 28 on the body side of a wind turbine generator system. The distance L1 from the blade 20 of said wind turbine generator system to the first yaw speed reducer G1 is different from the distance L2 from said blade to the second yaw speed reducer G2, and the first yaw speed reducer G1 and the second yaw speed reducer G2 are different in construction. |
