PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing overcharge of a storage battery in the case of outage of a system power supply.SOLUTION: A storage battery power conditioner 20 includes: a power conversion unit which is connected to a DC/AC inverter connected to a solar cell as well as connected to a system power supply at its one end, and is connected to a storage battery at its another end; and a control circuit 22, as a control unit, which is connected to the power conversion unit. When detecting outage of the system power supply, the control circuit 22 outputs a stop signal for instructing stop of operation of the DC/AC inverter. When a predetermined period has passed after outputting the stop signal, the control circuit 22 transmits a recovery signal for instructing release of the stop of the DC/AC inverter. |
