<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element excellent in the amount of humidification and durability.SOLUTION: A transpiration element is a laminate of one or more corrugated nonwoven fabrics and one or more water absorbent materials. The corrugated nonwoven fabric is obtained by corrugating a water absorbent nonwoven fabric that includes a hydrophilic modified cross-section fiber having on the surface thereof one or more continuous or non-continuous grooves, and a thermoadhesive fiber, in which these constitutional fibers are adhered to each other by the thermoadhesive fiber. The water absorbent material has a ventilation path formed by adhesion of a water absorbent nonwoven fabric having a mass of 1.2 to 2.0 times that of the foregoing water absorbent nonwoven fabric.</p> |
