LIPOSOME-BINDING PEPTIDE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a peptide interacting with a liposome formed by a lipid bilayer by using the liposome, and a liposome-binding peptide obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a liposome-binding peptide which has four or more basic amino acid sequences at C terminal and has an amino acid sequence which binds a liposome membrane at a central part. Further, there is provided a manufacturing method of a liposome-binding peptide which comprises: a construct manufacturing step of manufacturing a construct for manufacturing liposome-binding peptide; a cDNA display manufacturing step of manufacturing a cDNA display in vitro by using a cDNA display method using the construct; a liposome manufacturing step; and a selection step of screening a liposome-binding cDNA display.
