<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of recognizing a workpiece in image data obtained by imaging means even when using a workpiece having a different reflection efficiency of light between a surface and a rear surface.SOLUTION: There is provided the parts feeder including a transport path 1 for transporting a workpiece W, a line camera 2 as imaging means which is installed on a position opposite to a transport surface 10 of the transport path 1 and images the workpiece W passing through an imaging position P1 preset on the transport path 1 and a workpiece recognition part 32a which recognizes the workpiece W from image data gained by imaging of the line camera 2. A high reflection region 10A and a low reflection region 11A as a plurality of reflection regions having respectively different reflection efficiency of light are formed on the transport surface 10 of the transport path 1 and the workpiece recognition part 32a is configured to recognize the workpiece W based on a brightness difference between a workpiece W surface, and the low reflection region 11A and the high reflection region 10A in the image data.</p> |
