PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit water from leaking into a vehicle cabin thereby preventing the vehicle cabin from getting wet even when the water at the exterior of the vehicle cabin flows into a case of an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A mating part of an upper member 23 and a lower member 24 of a case 20 is positioned on a contact surface of the case 20, which contacts with a seal material 46. A water passage S extending from the contact portion of the case 20 with the seal material 46 is formed in the mating part. The water passage S communicates into the case 20.
