<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for a rotary type powder compression molding device that can be manufactured by holding the mass and thickness of a molding product manufactured by compressing powder within a standard range regardless of temperature changes of a powder compression molding machine.SOLUTION: A calculated pressure fluctuation value PWa and a thickness fluctuation value when a molding product undergoes mass control is obtained, and a calculated thickness Ta is obtained from this thickness fluctuation value and a thickness average value Tx. A calculated pressure fluctuation value PTa and pestle tip interval calculated values IMa, LMa when the molding product undergoes thickness control based on the calculated thickness Ta are obtained to update pestle tip interval set values IM, LM with this pestle tip interval calculated values, thereby controlling the pestle tip interval at the updated pestle tip interval set values IM, LM. Along with this, a pressure control reference calculated value PMa is obtained from the respective calculated pressure fluctuation values PWa, PTa and a molding pressure average value Px, and the pressure control reference value PM of a pressure control part for controlling a height position of the lower pestle that regulates a filling depth of powder into a mold is updated.</p> |
