<p>The present invention relates to a red yeast rice tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) pasta including red yeast rice tteokgalbi, and to a method of preparing the same, and more specifically, to a preparation method of red yeast rice tteokgalbi pasta including red yeast rice tteokgalbi with respect to a pasta, and a pasta, wherein the preparation method of red yeast rice tteokgalbi includes a step of adding red yeast rice tteokgalbi. The red yeast rice tteokgalbi pasta of the present invention refers to a pasta including the red yeast rice tteokgalbi. According to the red yeast rice tteokgalbi pasta prepared by the present invention, people can consume excellent nutrient components from red yeast rice tteokgalbi pasta, thus providing an outstanding functionality. The red yeast rice tteokgalbi pasta of the present invention includes not only the red yeast rice tteokgalbi but also a beef stock, thereby allowing people to easily consume nutrient components contained in the beef stock.
