The present invention relates to a syringe having a stopper for injecting a fixed quantity of an injectable solution. More specifically, one or more slot grooves are formed along a length direction in a rear side of a piston rod (6), and a stopper (20) hung and supported on the rear end (3a) of a syringe body (3) is selectively inserted in and mounted on the slot groove. When the piston rod is pressed, an injectable solution is injected as much as an interval between the stopper and the rear end of the syringe body. Thus, compared to when injection is performed while checking gradations on an existing syringe body, the same of the present invention can be more conveniently used. A fixed quantity of the injectable solution can be injected, thereby providing excellent convenience, efficiency, and stability.
