<p>The present invention relates to an anti wrinkle cosmetic composition and, more particularly, to a cosmetic composition containing a color potato fraction as an active ingredient. According to the invention, the composition has an economic, safe and excellent collagen synthesis and an effect for expression inhibition of collagenase by using the color potato fraction as the active ingredient and the color potato fraction is obtained by fractionating the skin of the color potato in a specific method. In addition, according to the present invention, liposome is obtained by adding glycerin, vaseline, triethanolamine, liquid paraffin, squalane, wax, tocopheryl acetate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, carboxyvinyl polymer, and sorbitansesquileate into the color potato fraction and then passing the mixture through a micro fluidizer. Accordingly, the invention has a safe and effective anti wrinkle effect.</p> |
