PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriately "discard timer control" when performing "inter-eNB CA."SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system according to the invention, a PDCP-SDU transmitted by a gateway device S-GW is transferred to either a mobile station EU or a radio base station SeNB at a radio base station MeNB; the radio base station MeNB starts a predetermined timer on receiving a PDCP-SDU from the gateway device S-GW if "inter-eNB CA" is performed; the radio base station MeNB notifies the radio base station SeNB of expiration of the predetermined timer at a time of expiration of the predetermined timer; and the radio base station SeNB discards a PDCP-SDU transferred by the radio base station MeNB in response to the notification. |
