PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to transmit information corresponding to a user attribute of a portable terminal after establishing communication between the portable terminal and a repeating device such as an access point.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a MAC address acquisition unit for analyzing information transmitted from a radio terminal and acquiring a MAC address of the radio terminal; an attribute extraction unit for referring to one or more pieces of terminal information and extracting terminal attribute information corresponding to the acquired MAC address; an information selection unit for selecting information to be provided to the radio terminal on the basis of the extracted terminal attribute information; an access request receiving unit for receiving an access request requesting an access to a second information provision device different from a first information provision device for transmitting the information selected by the information selection unit to the radio terminal, from the radio terminal; and a URI transmission unit for transmitting information concerned with URI of the attribute extraction unit to the radio terminal in accordance with the access request.
