<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating related candidates for a deliverable capable of automatically narrowing down the candidates for association to thereby reduce the burden on search work when associating bug information pieces with each other in a bug management tool or associating a bug information piece in the bug management tool and an information piece of another tool, or when associating requirement specifications with each other in a requirement management tool or associating a requirement specification in the requirement management tool and an information piece of another tool.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for generating related candidates for a deliverable, comprising: a period extraction unit that inputs, for each deliverable, predetermined management tool data including a test result from a test management tool, a configuration management tool, or a bug management tool as to a deliverable of the bug management tool or a bug, a deliverable of the configuration management tool or a revision, or a deliverable of the test management tool or a test item, and that extracts a period in which the test result related to the bug changes from a failure to a success or vice versa; and a narrowing-down processing part that narrows down related candidates in association between the bug and the other deliverables related with the bug, using the relationship of attribute changes between deliverables in the period extracted by the period extraction unit.</p> |
