<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm that can easily find out a fault in a detection unit or an alarm unit and learn the occurrence time and cause of the fault.SOLUTION: An alarm 1 comprises: a detection unit 10 for detecting an external environment by a gas sensor 11; and an alarm unit 20 comprising an alarm notification unit 21 for giving notice of an alarm on the basis of the detected change of the external environment. The detection unit 10 comprises a first communication unit 131 and a first communication control unit 132 for controlling at least the first communication unit 131, and the alarm unit 20 comprises a second communication unit 231 and a second communication control unit 232 for controlling at least the second communication unit 231. The first communication unit 131 and the second communication unit 231 are connected via a wireline 30. The first communication control unit 132 and the second communication control unit 232 alternately perform detection unit communication to communicate apparatus information at the detection unit 10 side from the first communication unit 131 to the second communication unit 231, and alarm unit communication to communicate apparatus information at the alarm unit 20 side from the second communication unit 231 to the first communication unit 131.</p> |
