<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign panel inspection system capable of suitably conducting appearance inspection, etc.SOLUTION: A sign panel inspection system 1 inspects a defect of a sign panel 21 provided in a card 2, and comprises: a lighting system 4 which irradiates the card 2 with inspection light; a photographing device 5 which receives the inspection light reflected from the card 2 to perform photography; and an inspection device 6 which inspects the defect of the sign panel 21 based on an image photographed by the photographing device 5. The lighting system 4 has: coaxial epi-illumination 40 for irradiating the card 2 with the inspection light from a direction of the photographing device 5; and bar illumination 45a, 45b for irradiating the card 2 with the inspection light from an oblique direction different from the direction of the photographing device 5. The inspection device 6 extracts an area of the sign panel 21 to be an inspection object from a photographed image obtained by photographing the card 2 under the coaxial epi-illumination 40.</p> |
