PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composition containing a polysaccharide derived from cassis, in an efficient and stable way.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a composition containing a polysaccharide derived from cassis fruit includes hydrolyzing cassis fruit or a processed product thereof with use of at least one polysaccharide decomposition enzyme selected from a glucan decomposition enzyme and a pectin decomposition enzyme.
