PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device 1 capable of appropriately executing adjustment of a developing bias even when a patch is formed between sheets.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 comprises: calibration execution means 402 that executes calibration of a developing bias to determine the developing bias in printing; and developing bias adjustment means 403 that, when adjusting a developing bias Ve(V) in the printing, applies two developing biases Va(V) and Vb(V) changed in stages in the calibration of the developing bias, forms an inter-sheet patch between sheets by a higher developing bias Vb(V) of the two developing biases, measures a density Db(-) of the inter-sheet patch, and utilizes the developing bias Vb(V) required to form the inter-sheet patch and the density Db(-) of the inter-sheet patch to adjust the developing bias Ve(V) in the printing. |
