PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water droplet removing device for a steam turbine capable of sufficiently removing droplets flowing on a nozzle blade surface under the condition that the output of the turbine is small.SOLUTION: There is provided a water droplet removing device for a steam turbine including a blade rotated by operation steam, and a nozzle which guides the operation steam to the blade, and having a slit-like sucking opening bored on the nozzle surface, and a nozzle hollow part provided so as to communicate with the opening. In the water droplet removing device, a vacuum generation device connected to the nozzle hollow part is provided to sufficiently sucking droplets on the nozzle blade surface, and thus the above object is achieved. |
