PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sagging of an airbag.SOLUTION: A curtain airbag device is equipped with an airbag 1 deploying in a curtain shape in a vehicle cabin along a side window at emergency. The airbag 1 is installed in a vehicle through a bracket 3 attached to a plurality of tabs 2 installed on an upper edge portion. A long hold 3a for uniting with the tabs 2 is provided on a lower part, and an attaching hole 3b to a front pillar 5a or a roof side rail 5c is provided on an upper part. A patch member 7 is covered from an upper side of the bracket 3, and an upper part of the bracket 3 is made to penetrate a slit 7a formed on the patch member 7, thereby covering the airbag 1 form an upper side. The pushing-down of a front pillar garnish or a roof head lining can be reduced, and the deployment of the airbag is stabilized. |
